1. Insufficient storage space

In order to upgrade the storage capacity in a limited space, Zowell re-engineered the total solution for the client, from the floor to the shelves to the forklifts.

The working aisle width of 1.75m can be used for free running and stacking of three-way forklift trucks, with 7.5m high shelves, expanding the storage space horizontally and vertically, increasing the density of storage at a lower cost, and effectively improving the chaotic situation of storage.

The man-up three-way forklift, which can realize the synchronous lifting of the cab while traveling, can complete the stacking + overhead picking operation with only one person and one vehicle without changing the equipment, further simplifying the workflow and shortening the operation time.

With the standard three-way electric fork, the body does not need to be steered, and it takes less than 10s for the forks to complete a 180° rotation in the aisle, realizing stacking operations on both sides of the shelves, and the stacking efficiency rises greatly. The two technologies significantly improve the overall order delivery efficiency.

Resurfacing super flat ground + electromagnetic wire to assist forklift traveling, stable signal, fast guidance, forklift running more efficiently in the working aisle. Entering the guiding mode can effectively help drivers to reduce the burden of operation, reduce fatigue, reduce the incidence of collision accidents, and effectively improve the safety of the plant!
