Recently, Zowell visited the site of a customer in the auto parts industry with the second batch of delivered vehicles, and successfully completed the delivery, installation and operation training. Part one：Customer Background  

The development of new energy vehicles is strong, and the rapid growth of this industry has also ushered in a new order growth period for the auto parts industry. The customer is mainly engaged in automotive decoration system, plastic functional parts, hand brake assembly, high strength precision nut plate and other auto parts products, is Audi, Volvo and other well-known automobile manufacturers of the first-tier suppliers. Nowadays, the production capacity continues to climb, but the weakness of logistics is constantly highlighted, to improve the logistics capacity, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency in the logistics link has become a key step for enterprises to meet a larger market.

Part two: Existing problems  

● The new warehouse initially used floor-stacked storage, with different specifications of goods, difficulty in stacking height, and storage capacity far from being able to meet the current demand for storage.

● Timeliness of delivery is very important to the auto parts industry. Previously, the floor of the warehouse was occupied by a large number of goods, and the storage of different parts was chaotic and disorganized, making it difficult to locate and slowing down the response to orders, which was a big headache for the customer..

Part three: Zowell Solutions

Zowell scientifically planned the storage layout for the customer, and the customer installed multiple rows of 9m high shelves with a shelf depth of about 80m according to the shelf spacing of 1.75m, giving full play to the warehousing value of the horizontal, vertical and longitudinal space, and realizing a nearly 300% increase in the number of pallet spaces, which solved the warehousing problems in a cost-effective way.
