Recently, Zowell Forklift team visited a pharmaceutical enterprise customer, the customer purchased our two sets of three-way forklift trucks, at present two forklift trucks have been used in the customer's place for more than 8 months.

Part three: Zowell Solutions

According to the narrow aisle dense storage solution proposed by Zowell, the customer transformed the ordinary shelves into narrow aisle shelves, the aisle was narrowed to 1650mm, saving the lateral space and adding multiple rows of shelves. Even though the storage height is limited, the storage capacity of the warehouse still realized an increase of nearly 60%.

As a result, forklift operators can quickly and accurately locate the storage position of medicines, reducing the waste of time, and the daily quantity of medicines in and out of the warehouse can be significantly improved.

When the man-down three-way forklift carries out the access operation, it only needs to control the forks to rotate 180° to change the direction, then it can easily carry out the access operation on both sides of the shelves, and its maximum driving speed in the aisle can reach 5km/h, which can help customers greatly improve the overall logistics efficiency and realize the upgrade of the order delivery capacity!
