On December 9th, experts from ZHONGGUI (BEIJING) CERTIFICATION CO.,LTD. visited Zowell Forklifts and conducted a supervisory audit on the implementation of the “Intellectual Property Management System” of Zowell Forklifts for the year of 2024.
After two days of rigorous audit, the audit experts assessed that Zowell Forklifts successfully passed the annual supervision and audit of intellectual property management system.
Intellectual Property Management System Certification
Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS) certification is a system certification based on the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Specification" (GB/T 29490-2013. This certification plays an important role in enhancing corporate innovation awareness, strengthening corporate intellectual property application, management and protection, and improving corporate market competitiveness.
At the first meeting, on behalf of the company, the deputy general manager of Zowell Forklifts welcomed the audit experts and expressed the company’s high attention to intellectual property work. She hoped that the heads of the audited departments would take this audit as an opportunity to humbly accept the audit experts’ suggestions and work together to improve the company’s intellectual property management level. After introducing the supervision and audit plan to all participants, the audit experts began to conduct a detailed audit of all documents and records of the audited departments one by one.
During the audit process, the audit experts conducted a comprehensive review of the organizational structure, system documents, publicity and distribution materials, etc. in accordance with national standards, adhering to fairness and seriousness through on-site questioning and reviewing materials, and put forward constructive suggestions on the operation of the company’s intellectual property management system. The heads of all audited departments faced up to the shortcomings in the process and listened carefully to the opinions of the audit experts, waiting for subsequent improvements.
In 2017, Zowell Forklifts officially launched the intellectual property management system certification work.
