A. Working temperature from -5 degree 5 degree and temperature difference in the cold storage and out of cold storage is more than 10 degree.

The forklift should be specially protected to prevent the condensing water causing the short-circuit of electric parts like wires, accelerator.

B. Working temperature from -30 degree to 0 degree and temperature difference in the cold storage and out of cold storage is more than 10 degree.

More special protection measures should be adapted as below.

Change the hydraulic oil for one prepared for cold storage

Change the gear oil for one prepared for cold storage

Place silicone grease on all micro switches and connectors to avoid humidity

Change FREI accelerator to Curtis accelerator to avoid humidity.

Change the drive wheel to a special hardness material.

The battery cover material should be change to mental rather than the ABS material.

If the forklift is equipped with lithium battery, the battery should be installed with heating system.
