Goods of different sizes, stacked on the shelves are partially protruding, may cause interference with the operation of the equipment, which has a greater safety risk.
l Programme Advantages
After learning about the customer's strong demand for warehouse expansion and efficient delivery, Zowell team re-planned the warehouse logistics programme for the customer. Finally, the customer choose the the narrowest operating aisle of only 1.65m man-down three-way forklift. In order to avoid interference of the goods to forklift movement, Zowell adjusted the spacing between shelves according to the maximum specification of the effect of goods storage. After adjusting the spacing between shelves according to the effect of the largest size goods storage, Zowell gave a customized narrow aisle solution.
1. Previously, change the ground-stacked type storage to narrow aisle high intensive storage. Racks to racks distance is 1.85m, shelf depth of 120mm. With a lifting height of 8.5m man down three-way forklift,the operation of the vertical storage capacity of the warehouse has increased by 5 times.
2. With a maximum load of 1.6 ton, loading capacity and fast travelling speed, the man-down three-way forklift trucks, help customers achieve fast transportation of the whole pallet of large tonnage goods;
3. With the assistance of buried magnetic strips in the channel, the forklift can travel in a stable straight line in the aisle. The steering function is locked when the forklift is driving in the aisle, effectively reducing the risk of collision due to the driver's faulty operation, and improving the safety of logistics in the factory area!
