The customer specializes in the design and manufacture of high, medium and low pressure valves, and the valves produced are exported to more than ten countries and regions. The customer's previous warehouse space utilization rate was not high, and it was hoped that the capacity of the new warehouse would be developed as fully as possible.

Zowell Intelligent Forklift has planned a narrow aisle high level racking solution for the customer in response to the customer's needs and combined with the site conditions of the new warehouse, and assisted the customer with two man-down three-way forklifts, which solved the current logistic problems for the customer through the optimization of space and equipment, and also built up the strength for the future development of the business.

Equipped with three-way electric fork that can be linked by one key, the rotation/side shift operation is synchronized without changing the body direction, and it only takes less than 10s to complete the 180° rotation of the fork, which can easily realize the operation of accessing the goods on both sides of the shelves, greatly improving the efficiency of goods flow and saving part of the labor cost for the enterprise;
The buried magnetic stripe assisted driving, no need for forklift drivers to manually manipulate the direction, with the magnetic stripe navigation can realize the forklift in the aisle driving in the middle, reduce the safety risks of forklift and shelf impact, so that the process of access to the warehouse is smoother;
Adding the fork camera and laser alignment system, determining the position of the pallet more accurately, effectively reducing the risk of cargo collision, and highly protect the integrity of the valve products.
